Planned value（PV）：项目管理/挣值管理（EVM）中的术语，指在某一时间点按计划应完成的工作所对应的预算成本（也可理解为“计划完成工作量的预算价值”）。常用于衡量项目是否按计划推进。
（也常写作 PV，有时称 BCWS：Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled。）
